FINANCES: Students arrive with their own spending money and are fully insured. Host families provide room, board and a loving family life.
VISITOR REQUIREMENTS: 15 - 18 ½ years old, no school class restrictions.
Application completed, references from a teacher supplied, transcripts from past year, interview to test students’ English and assess their motivation and attitude towards spending a year aborad.
Semester & year programs notification date is Jan. 1, students fly to host families from 7/19-9/1
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: EF Foundation for Foreign Study is an international non-profit organization dedicated to furthering cultural understanding through foreign exchange. Students are carefully screened for their academic achievement, maturity, and adaptability and all students arrive with their own spending money. They are fully insured and they speak English. Host families must provide room, board, and a loving environment for a student for a semester or academic year.
